  • teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 2 large slices crusty bread
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 egg


  • Place the bread slices in a board, use your cookie cutter to make a well/hole in one of the slices.
  • Over medium heat, place the bread in your non-stick pan and keep flipping till both sides are golden brown.
  • Still on the fire top, place the sliced cheese, avocado, and tomato on the hole-free bread piece. While you crack and pour the egg inside the hole of the other bread slice. Fold in the pepper and cover the lid of the pan. Then, let it cook for two minutes or until the cheese is melted and the eggs cooked to your desire.
  • Place the sandwich together and serve immediately with hot or cold tea.
