Simple Avocado Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 large slices crusty bread
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 handful lettuce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Place your bread slices into the non-stick pan over medium heat. Paint the bread the surface with the melted butter and keep turning them over till they are crisp and golden brown.
- Fold in the sliced cheese, tomato, avocado, egg, and lettuce. Place the other slice over it and cover the pan. Let it cook for 4 minutes and serve.
