Ingredients
  

  • 2 large slices crusty bread
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Place your bread slices into the non-stick pan over medium heat. Paint the bread the surface with the melted butter and keep turning them over till they are crisp and golden brown.
  • Fold in the sliced cheese, tomato, avocado, egg, and lettuce. Place the other slice over it and cover the pan. Let it cook for 4 minutes and serve.
